This policy explains how Provena uses cookies and similar browser storage on provena.legal and help.provena.legal. It complements our Privacy Policy. You can browse these sites without accepting optional analytics.
Cookies and saved preferences
Cookies store small amounts of information in your browser. We also use local storage to remember the language and regional variant you select.
The asterisk represents a cookie-name suffix. The Analytics periods above reflect the tag configuration; browsers can enforce shorter limits. See Google’s cookie documentation. These lifetimes refer to storage in your browser. Retention of information already collected is covered by the relevant privacy notices.
Your cookie choices
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you allow usage analytics. Optional analytics starts off when you have no saved choice. Necessary cookies remember that choice. We do not use advertising cookies on these sites.
- Accept all enables the available optional analytics category.
- Reject optional leaves analytics off and saves your choice.
- Customize lets you review the categories. Changes take effect when you select Save preferences.
Your saved choice applies to the website and Help Center in the same browser profile. Open tabs apply changes without reloading; a suspended tab applies the current choice when it resumes. Language preferences and form security do not depend on accepting Analytics.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Use Manage cookies in the footer or the button above to reopen the controls on the current page. Turning usage analytics off and saving stops measurement. Each site clears its Analytics cookies when it applies the refusal, including on a later visit. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already sent to Google.
Your choice is specific to this browser. Another device, another browser profile, private browsing or clearing the consent cookie may require a new choice. You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser’s site-data settings. Blocking or deleting storage can reset your saved preferences.
Google Analytics and form protection
When allowed, Google Analytics receives information about visits, such as pages viewed, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. Google Tag Manager loads the Analytics tag. Read how Google uses information from sites using its services.
Our contact and support forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated requests. This security service runs on form pages independently of the Analytics choice and processes technical signals such as an IP address and browser information. Cloudflare describes its processing, security technologies and retention in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.

We will update this page and its date when the uses described here change. If we introduce a new optional purpose, we will request the relevant choice before enabling it.
