What makes evidence trustworthy is never sold separately. Every option of every product includes, at no extra cost:
- Public verification — the record can be checked without an account, by whoever holds it. Free for third parties, forever.
- External proofs — timestamp authorities and public networks, on every sealed record. Anchors never cost extra.
- Chain of custody — every event hashed and linked, in every option. Integrity is not a tier.
- Reports on demand — the PDF/A report, in every reading mode, whenever you need one.
Straight answers about paying.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Litigation is lumpy — six captures one week, none for two months — so credits wait for you. When they run out, buy another pack or a single session; nothing renews by itself and nothing is charged automatically.
Is there a monthly subscription?
Not in self-service — by design. You buy exactly what you use: single purchases or credit packs, with no recurrence and nothing to cancel. Monthly plans exist for Enterprise & Government, arranged with our sales team.
What happens to my evidence over time?
The record outlives the purchase. Packages and reports you have downloaded are yours; external proofs live with independent authorities and public networks, so they remain checkable regardless of your account; and public verification never required an account in the first place. Stored copies on our side are retained for 12 months per session — and we tell you before anything expires.
Is verification really free for third parties?
Yes — always, in every option, with no account. A record that the other side must pay to check is a record that invites suspicion. Verification being free for whoever holds the material is part of what makes the evidence work.
Do external proofs or anchors ever cost extra?
No. Every sealed record is anchored with independent references as part of the product, in every option of every product. Integrity features are never a paid add-on.
What currency do you charge in — and why does the Brazilian site show different prices?
US accounts are billed in US dollars. Pricing is regional: each market has its own price list, set against that market's alternatives — Brazilian customers are billed in reais, with local payment methods, at prices published on the Brazilian site. Your account's billing country determines the price list at checkout, so the two tables never mix.
